THE CARLISLE & FINCH CO. guarantees any parts of the equipment, except lamps and glassware, to be free from defects in design, material, or workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of original shipment
THE CARLISLE & FINCH CO. will, at our option, repair or replace, FOB Cincinnati, Ohio, at our expense, any parts and/or searchlights returned to the factory, as a result of defects in material and or workmanship, during the guarantee period.
THE CARLISLE & FINCH CO. will not be responsible for inbound or outbound freight charges, or for any consequential damages, or the labor to remove, or labor to reinstall the articles on the equipment with which they are used. Our liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement of defective articles only, which have been returned FOB Factory, and which have been pre-authorized, with the issuance of valid return authorization number.
Under no circumstances will THE CARLISLE & FINCH CO. be responsible for any expense in connection with repairs made by anyone, other than The Carlisle & Finch Co. personnel, unless such repairs have been specifically authorized in writing by the factory.
